Savage 1899 22 HP Barreled Action $550

Here we have a Savage model 1899 takedown barreled action in .22 HP. Dates to 1913. Should make for a good project done as there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with it other than the missing the rear sight, furniture and associated hardware. Appears to have been refinished at some point, barrel has significant fading of the finish, receiver has a little fading, some light scratches and minor surface rust. Appears to function properly. Bore is Frosty with some pitting but good rifling.
